Configuration/system.runtime.caching

This section refers to .NET 4 caching specific configuration.  It exists to limit cache memory usage, and to determine how often the cache system should recalculate and remedy its memory usage.

Presently, all values are set to not limit the cache’s memory usage and the cache memory management polling interval is set to two minutes, but this may change.  In the currently unbounded memory configuration situation, this interval could probably be increased.

Usage

Unless your specific environment requires that cache memory be limited or if your memory use is highly volatile; these values should not be modified under normal circumstances.
