Management

This page displays a list of user accounts.

The Sort field in the upper right allows you to change the order of rows in the list.

  • ID - High to Low/ Low to High
  • Paid date - New to Old/ Old to New
  • Payer - A to Z/ Z to A
  • Total - High to Low/ Low to High

To edit a user account:

  1. Click the 'ID' link next to the account you wish to edit.
  2. This will take you from the 'User Management' page to the Edit User page.
  3. Follow the instructions on 'Edit User' to fill out the fields.

Edit User

This page allows the site Administrator to edit user accounts.

Impersonate - If the Administrator 'impersonates' a user, they are acting on the user’s behalf, so if the Administrator clicks 'My Account' or purchases something, it’s as if the user is performing those actions.

Note: The header at the top of the page displays the User Name and account number. Click 'Impersonate'  to perform actions on behalf of the user.

User Name - Unique identifier for this user. A specific User Name cannot be used by more than one user.

Password - Only set this value to reset the user's password.  Otherwise, leave it blank.

Comment
- (Optional) The information here will be available only in the Admin Control Panel.

Email - Unique email address for each user. 

Is Approved - (Optional) Select or deselect according to permission status.

Is Locked Out - (Optional) Select or deselect according to permission status.

Is Verified - (Optional) Select or deselect according to permission status.

Newsletter - (Optional) Select or deselect according to permission status.

Accept PayPal - (Optional) Select or deselect according to permission status.

PayPal Email - (Optional) This is the email address associated with the PayPal account that will be receiving payment.

Example: admin@xyz.net

Allow Instant Checkout
- (Optional) Select or deselect according to permission status.

Payment Instructions - (Optional) The information here will be available only in the Admin Control Panel.

First Name - (Required)

Last Name - (Required)

Note: A log of the User's activity appears on this page.
