Preferences
This section provides the options that apply to multiple listing types or all listing types.
Max Images Per Item - The Maximum number of images a Seller can upload for each listing.
Charge Fees when Relisting - When enabled, associated listing fees will be charged to the Seller when an item is re-listed.
Use jQuery Time Picker - When enabled, the jQuery Time Picker will be available on the Create Listing page 2 of 2.
Enable Buyer's Premium - When enabled, the Seller can choose to add a percentage premium to the final cost of a listing.
Note: Buyer's Premium is used independently from the Buyer Final Fee, which adds a line item to the Buyer’s Site Fee Invoice for each sale.
Enable YouTube Videos - If enabled, sellers will be able to attach a YouTube video to their listings.
Enable PDF Attachments - If enabled, sellers will be able to attach one or more PDF documents to their listings.
Enable "Featured" listing option - When enabled, Sellers will be able to select the Featured listing option.
Enable "Bold" listing option - When enabled, Sellers will be able to select the Bold listing option.
Enable "Sale" listing option - When enabled, Sellers will be able to select the Sale Badge listing option.
Enable "Highlight" listing option - When enabled, Sellers will be able to select the Highlight listing option.
Restrict Custom Field Edits - When enabled, disallow the custom fields from being changed.
Enable Public Q & A - When enabled, authenticated users can post questions publicly on any Active or Preview listing.
Enable Watch Count - When enabled, the listing detail page will display a count of the number of users currently watching.
Make Offer Expiration Hours - When buyer's make an offer to a seller, the offer expires in this number of hours, or when the lot/listing ends, whichever comes first.
Enable Make Offer Notifications - When enabled, buyers and sellers will receive email notifications when offers are sent, received, accepted, declined or countered.
Note: each individual notification type can be enabled or disabled from the CMS > Email Templates area.
Allow Multiple Offers - When enabled, buyers may submit more than one offer on the same list/lot before the first offer has been accepted, declined or countered by the seller.
