discount settings can be applied directly to a user’s account by editing their
account information. This discount will
affect all fees incurred by the user.The
default tier for all registered users is tier '0' with a 0% discount.
Adding a discount to this tier will apply the discount to all
accounts; unless they have a different tier associated with their
account. Discount Tier Name - This discount name is displayed in the My Account user section.
Percent Off - This is the discount percentage off all fees the user will receive.
