Region List
Set up to four tiers of regions to be used for the item location. If the "region specific options" are enabled, users will be able to search by region in the advanced search and the ability to set a region will be available as a selling preference when listing an item.
Example: Region Titles - Country > State > City Region Values - United States > Nevada > Las Vegas
Region Specific Options - (ON / OFF) Enable or disable the Region functionality
Max Region Tiers - The number of tiers to make available
Max Tiers to Display - The number of tier values to display on the item detail page under "location"
Example: When Max Tiers to Display = 2, the regions will be displays as follows:Location:
Vermont, United States
Region Tier 1-4 Title - The titles for each tier.
Example: Tier 1 - Country Tier 2 - State / Province Tier 3 - City Tier 4 - Neighborhood Map User Country Field to Region Tier - (1-4 or n/a) This option
causes the country field in all user address forms to provide the
options defined under Region Tier X instead of the default options.
Map User State Field to Region Tier - (1-4 or n/a) This option
causes the state/province field in all user address forms to provide the
options defined under Region Tier X as a dropdown list, instead of a free text field.
Note: Country and State fields must be mapped to a region tier in order for the "State Tax Rates" seller preference for purchases from US buyers to appear. (See the "Preferences" section under User Guide > Listings for more information).
Map User City Field to Region Tier - (1-4 or n/a) This option
causes the city field in all user address forms to provide the
options defined under Region Tier X as a dropdown list, instead of a free text field.
Changing Region Details:

Add - Add a new Region
- Edit - Edit a current region
- Delete - Delete a region
- Up / Down - Move region display position up or down
Insert Multiple New Regions:
- Select the parent region from above. To add regions to the first tier click the link provided in the admin control panel.
- Add regions, one per line.
- Select insertion arrangement.
- Alphabetically - Insert each new region in alphabetical order
- Top of List - Place new regions at the top of the list
- Bottom of List - Place new regions at the bottom of the list
- Click "Add".
