General
This section provides the options that apply to all listing types.
Restrict Outside Sellers - When checked only users with admin privileges will be able to create new listings.
Max Images Per Item - The Maximum number of images a seller can upload for each listing.
Charge Fees when Re-listing - When checked, associated listing fees will be charged the seller when an item is re-listed.
Use jQuery Time Picker - When checked, the jQuery Time Picker will be available on the Create Listing page 2 of 2.
