Using ShipStation

For ShipStation to be used, the Lot must have at least one Shipping Option enabled. This will result in an Invoice with a Shipping Address.

The invoice can be imported into ShipStation once it has been Marked Paid. After the item has been shipped, the Invoice will be Marked Shipped.

  1. Create a Listing with a Shipping Option added.

  2. If you are testing this integration, you can use Impersonate to have a buyer purchase the Listing and you can manually mark the invoice as PAID.

Note: For testing, you'll need to view the invoice as the buyer to update the Shipping Address and Shipping Option selection.

  3. Once the seller user has a Paid invoice that has a shipping option enabled.

  4. On the ShipStation website, click the Orders tab at the top.

  5. At the top right of the ShipStation site, you'll see a refresh icon. Hover over that icon and then click the Update All Stores link.

  6. Now click the Reload link next to the Awaiting Shipment title.

  7. Now you have an order in ShipStation that you can update with details about the Weight, Service, Package and Size before printing the label and finalizing the shipping logistics.

  8. When you are done with the order in ShipStation, you can mark the order as Shipped from the Other Actions dropdown at the top right.

The final result should be that your Invoice in AuctionWorx is marked as Paid and Shipped.
