Robust Admin Controls for Event Closing

A suite of critical control features is now available for administrators, designed specifically for addressing issues during event closing for quick resolution and recovery

  • Pause and Resume

    Pause closing auction events to temporarily stop all countdowns and bids, make adjustements, and then Resume the closing event

  • Reactivate Closed Lots

    When event is paused, individual lots that have closed can be reactivated and then extended

  • Reactivate Closed Events

    If an auction event has closed but with issues, the event can be reactivated, put into the pause state, and then resumed after making corrections
