Credit Card Validation
Verify customer’s credit card with a small, temporary authorization charge. Ensuring secure verification of the customer's credit card and ability to pay, reducing after sales payment issues. (** requires Stripe)

Send important or marketing focused email messages to communicate with all site users directly from within the AuctionWorx backend. (** requires SendGrid)
Bidder Reminder Emails
Keep bidders up-to-date and encourage further engagement with items they are watching, bidding on, and closing soon. (** requires SendGrid)
Surcharge and Credit Card Fees
Options to set up either a fixed surcharge on all invoices or an optional credit card fee for buyers who pay online. (** requires Stripe)
Easy Add Watchlist Icons
Bidders can easily add (or remove) items to their watch list, directly when browsing all listings or lots within an auction sale.
Promote Auction Events
Inform users when an auction event is published and available for bidding. Options for users to receive emails before an auction event starts closing. (** requires SendGrid)

New per-event display option for the list of Auction Events on the homepage:

Summary Text
The auction event summary text only, with no lot images. -

The default option, showing a series of small lot images for each event. -
Portrait Lot Images
Alternate display option for when the primary lot images are in a portrait orientation.
Google Maps integration
Display a map on listings to show their location, or in Events Edition, an option to add a map associated with an auction sale location. Optional configuration for Admin / Sellers.

More flexibility to configure your auctions, and display and organize information for bidders.

Streamline Inputs with Optional Categories and Descriptions
Simplify the experience by removing categories and descriptions altogether or make them optional. Fast track the CSV import process with minimal fields required.
Search and Browse Improvements in Auction Events
An improved “Back to Catalog” link preserves the viewer’s scrolling position and returns the user to the same previous page location for a smoother, uninterrupted experience. New event specific search option on the auction catalog page for quick and easy searching of all lots within an auction event.

- Improved consignment account selection experience.
- New Admin Setting: Closing Event Page Size - Set the number of lots displayed per page when an auction starts closing.
- Improved Lot Order Management - "Quick" move a lot to the top (first) or bottom (last) of the lot order list.
Consignor Statement Enhancements
The ability to hide zero-value commissions or fees on statements, visibly track associated sale statuses (Paid, Unpaid, or Voided) directly on the statement, and an option to recalculate a statement based on changes in sales or fee settings.
Quick Change Consignor
Easily resolve incorrect consignors assigned to items by changing the consignor, including on closed listings or lots.
Improved Event Management Tools
Addition of new default settings for event creation, the ability to view settings of closed events, and the option to copy or move validated lots to published events.
Robust Admin Controls for Event Closing
A suite of critical control features is now available for administrators, designed specifically for addressing issues during event closing for quick resolution and recovery. These include the capabilities to pause, resume, or reactivate closed events, and extend all active lots closing times in one go.
Additional Admin Configuration Options
Several new admin settings including:
- Default time for auction start/end times
- Credit card requirement option for buyer’s site fees
- Printable invoice site logo inclusion
- Toggle acceptance of PayPal for site fee payments
- Exempt specified users from site fees
- Alternative design layout option for listing/lot item pages
Customized Tax Rates
An alternative to region-based Sales Tax rates or VAT, with the ability to establish up to three custom tax rates and tax rate precision up to 1/10,000 of 1 percent.
Credit Card Declined Notification
A new notification to let the buyer know when their credit card payment for a specific sales invoice isn't successful.
Per Lot Fee Option
Charge buyers a flat fee for each sold lot, which is added to sales invoices, offering more flexibility in pricing strategies.
Consignment feature set
Manage Consignors, track consignments, and generate consignor statements for net proceeds.
Create new consignors and manage as a global list or individual seller accounts

New Auction Event Management Tools
New Seller and admin tools for creating and managing auction sales:
- Create Similar Event - Quickly create a new auction event based on an existing one
- Change Event Owner - (Admin-only option) Set up events and lots with restricted logins before transferring to main sales account
- Hidden When Closed - New event setting will automatically set an event and associated lots to be hidden, and not searchable, after closing
- Reset Lot Numbers - Generate new lots numbers for all lots based on the current lot order
New Site Fee Options
- Create a site fee transaction for one-off payments
- Set min and max amounts for seller final fees
- Admin option to hide site fees menu for buyers or sellers when not using site fees
New Stripe integration
A completely rewritten Stripe payment integration that uses the Payment Intents API together with the Setup Intents and Payment Methods APIs to handle complex payment flows that trigger additional authentication steps when required.
New design improvements
Many new design changes include a streamlined header design, updated Admin Control Panel design and navigation, and updated gallery view design with new options for Short Gallery Titles, Gallery Image Cropping, and changing the Gallery Image Aspect Ratio to Landscape, Square, or Portrait.
Set Allowed Bid Amounts
Option to require all bids to be whole dollar amounts without cents. Or set the smallest currency fraction to be higher increments of 10, 100, or 1000.
Primary Auction Event
Showcase an auction event and its associated lots as the site homepage.
Require Credit Card for Buyers
A site-wide Admin setting for all Bidders to be redirected to enter a non-expired credit card before placing a bid or buy now.
Require Credit Card for Sellers
An optional setting for a seller to be required to enter a credit card if they don't have one on file, when they first go to create a listing.
Follow Auction Live
When an auction event begins closing and "Accepting Final Bids", bidders will have the option to Follow Auction Live
Follow Auction Live automatically redirects bidders to the next lot closing as each lot ends.
Auto Generate Sales Invoices
When an auction closes, all sales invoices can be automatically generated for all winning bidders.
Auto Charge Credit Cards
Buyers with a credit card on file can be automatically charged after the sale.
Rolling Lot Updates
A great way for bidders to experience an auction event that begins closing, without having to refresh the page. Auto Hide Ended Lots will automatically remove lots as they close and replace them with new lots at the bottom of the list.
Quick Bid
A great new way for bidders to quickly bid up an item! The quick bid amount will always be the next minimum bid allowed.
Improved Event Log with filters and search
The internal event logs can now be filtered or searched to audit transactions by bidder, listing, and more.
Large Bid Confirmation
To help prevent bidders entering higher bids than they intended, this will have them confirm the amount just in case.
Email Notifications for Paid Sales Invoices
Configurable emails are now sent out to a buyer and seller when sales invoices are confirmed paid.
More Tax Options
An item can be set as Taxable per listing, and options to allow Buyers Premium to be taxable.
