Preferences

This section provides some basic controls for making the site applicable internationally.

Multiple language, culture, and currency options allow the Administrator to select preference settings that will enable language to match the site.

Enable Multiple Currencies - When checked, the site will allow multiple currencies and conversions.

Note: These rates must be manually updated on a regular basis.

Enable Multiple Cultures - When checked, the site will allow multiple languages and cultural dialects.

Note: The culture and currency options will appear in the footer after they have been enabled. You may also make changes to them on the Languages or Currencies pages.

Show Regional Language Options - When this option and Enable Multiple Cultures are checked, the footer language drop-down will show regional language options such as "English (United States)" in addition to basic languages like "English".

Show Currency Codes - When checked, the currency code is displayed next to all prices throughout the site.

Show Currency Symbol - When checked, the currency symbol is displayed next to all prices throughout the site.
