This section refers to the Microsoft Enterprise Library Validation Application Block which allows for user configurable validation for a select set of Data Transform Objects, such as:

  • Custom Fields
  • Listings
  • Line Items
  • Credit Cards
  • User Messages
  • Addresses
  • Users

Usage

The default validation settings probably don’t need to be altered, but they can be if the need arises. A solid understanding of the Microsoft Enterprise Library Validation Application Block is required before these values are modified.
