Email Templates
This section allows the administrator to enable or disable any one of the email template notifications, as well as customize them for specific regional languages.
List of Email Templates
- Ask Listing Question (to Buyer) - Ask Buyer a question
- Ask Listing Question (to Seller) - Ask Seller a listing question
- Bid Confirmation (to bidder) - Notify bidder they placed a bid
- Outbid Notification (to bidder) - Notify bidder they were outbid
- Purchase Confirmation (to Buyer) - Notify Buyer they purchased an item
- Purchase Confirmation, partial qty (to Buyer) - Notify Buyer they purchased an item, more of these items are still for sale
- Contact Us Message (to admin) - Send Contact Us message to administrator
- Registration Approved (to user) - Notify new user their account has been approved
- Registration Needs Approval (to admin) - Notify administrator that a new user account needs approval
- Report Failed (to admin) - Notify user executing a CSV export that the CSV report failed
- Report Ready (to admin) - Notify user executing a CSV export that the CSV report is ready
- Messaging Abuse Reported (to admin) - Notify administrator of messaging abuse
- Reset Password (to user) - Send user a password reset email
- Bid Received (to Seller) - Notify Seller that a bidder placed a bid
- Listing Posted Confirmation (to Seller) - Notify Seller that they have created a new listing
- Listing Ended Unsuccessfully (to Seller) - Notify Seller that their listing did not sell
- Site Fee Invoice (to user) - Notify Seller of fees they currently owe to the site
- Listing Invoice (to Buyer) - Notify Buyers of pending invoices needing payment
- Sale Confirmation (to Seller) - Notify Seller that their listing sold
- Sale Confirmation, partial qty (to Seller) - Notify Seller that their listing sold, but the listing has not yet ended
- Feedback Received (to user) - Notify user that they have received feedback
- Email Verification Required (to user) - Send user an email verification email
- Listing Message Reply received (to user) - Notify user that they have received a reply to a message about a listing
- Message Reply Received (to user) - Notify user that they have received a general reply
- Email Header - Contains the html code or text that will appear at the top of most email templates
- Email Footer - Contains the html code or text that will appear at the bottom of most email templates

Disabling an Email Template
Disabling an email template is done by simply clicking the green "Disable" button next to the email template you wish to disable. To re-enable the template click the red "Enable" button.
Adding a language
- Go to "Admin Control Panel > International > Preferences" and enable the setting "Enable Multiple Cultures".
- Go to "Admin Control Panel > International > Languages" and enable any languages needed.
Once these settings are in place, a button for each language will be visible next to each email template on the "Admin Control Panel > CMS > Email Templates" page.
Adding Regional Language Options
- Go to "Admin Control Panel > International > Preferences" and enable the setting "Show Regional Language Options".
- Go to "Admin Control Panel > CMS > Email Templates"; at the bottom of the list of email templates, select a Regional Language from the "Add" dropdown.
Once the Regional Language has been added, a button for each Regional Language will be visible next to each email template. The "Remove" dropdown will allow for removal of any Regional Language.
