Fixed Price

This page of settings is used to configure the Fixed Price Listings that run outside of the confines of an Event.

Note

This page will only be displayed when the Enable Non-Auction Listings setting is enabled from the Admin Control Panel > Auctions > Preferences page.

Enabled - When enabled, this setting will allow the Fixed Price listing type as an option on the Create Listing Step 1 of 1.

Listing Duration Options - Determines how the Seller can specify the end and start date/time for their Fixed Price listings. The following options are available:

  • Start Date & End Date - When creating new listings, the Seller will be able to specify both a date/time when the listing will begin and a date/time when the listing will close.
  • Start Date & Duration - When creating new listings, the Seller will be able to specify both a future date/time when the listing will begin and how many days until the listing closes.
  • End Date Only - When creating new listings, the Seller will be able to specify a future date and time when the listing will close. The listing will start as soon as it is created.
  • Duration Only - When creating new listings, the Seller will be able to select how many days until the listing will close. The listing will start as soon as it is created. See also Duration Days List below.

Duration Days List - Enter the number of "day" options to be presented to Sellers for their listings. This option will only be available if Duration Only or Start & Duration is selected in the Listing Duration Options.

Allow Changes To Listing End Date / Duration - When checked, Sellers can edit the end date or the duration of any Fixed Price listing.

Allow Edit of Start Date for Scheduled Listings - When checked, Sellers can edit the scheduled start time for listings that have not yet started.

Enable Good 'Til Canceled - When checked, the Seller has the option to have their listing remain open until sold out or manually canceled.

Enable Shipping - When checked, Sellers may specify shipping cost details when creating or editing listings.

Enable Make Offer - If enabled, buyers may submit offers with an alternate price, quantity and terms to the seller.
