Yes. AuctionWorx supports changing all of the website text by editing language resource files.

The date, time, and currency formatting can all be configured from the Admin Control Panel.

You can add an existing YouTube video to your listing which is embedded just above the description area.

Yes. From the Admin Control Panel, you have the option to allow or disallow registered users to create listings or access to seller related functions.

Yes. The logo you see in our online demo is for display purposes only. You will be able to upload your own logo and modify the content to brand the software for your business.

The categories that you see in the online demo are meant to be for demo purposes only. You will have web-based admin access to create your own category structure.

If you have received notice by email for one of the following issues:

  • Credit card on file is expired or is expiring soon.
  • Payment has been declined.
  • Or, an invoice requires payment.

Please use the link provided in the email to access the account to update your information. When making a payment, be sure to select “save card and automate future payments”.

If you do not have an outstanding invoice, but need to change your billing information, please submit a support request and we will help you get your information updated.

Yes, we offer a fully managed hosting service that is optimized for our software. Our hosting service is required for all of our software products.

We do not sell domain names and are not a domain name registrar. You will need to order a domain name separately from any domain registration service. As part of the hosting order process, we will provide you with our DNS for you to point your domain name over to your hosting account with us.

Refer to the initial installation email for your new DNS nameservers.

To change the domain tied to your account, please contact SUPPORT.

Yes. Your current email provider will be able to supply you with their MX Records. Send us these MX record values, along with your contact information, as a support request and your existing email service will remain unchanged.

All of our hosting services will take care of the secure certificate for you automatically. Purchasing an additional SSL certificate is not necessary.

You are allowed a single instance but additional are available at a discount. Please contact sales for more details.

rwAuction Pro is no longer being sold or supported. We recommend instead getting setup with a more modern auction software platform such as our AuctionWorx Enterprise or Events Edition.
